Life after KAPA

If you’re wondering what changes it could bring about in your career to become a student at KAPA, here is the answer – a lot! For one thing, it is very unusual for a photographer at the top of his game to mentor students simultaneously. Usually it is the retired/semi-retired photographers who do this.

At KAPA, right from the beginning of the course, students are exposed to mentor Karthik Srinivasan’s celebrity photo shoots, as they take turns in batches to accompany or observe at first, and assisting with the shoots during the later stages of the course. Whats more, once you are done with your course, Karthik encourages his students to join him in his various shoots across different regions of the country and abroad.

At a recent photo shoot in London, former student Aishwarya was called upon to assist! Not only is this a wonderful opportunity for a budding photographer to be a part of an industry standard shoot, it is a continuing connect that is maintained between students and KAPA management. Going further, we plan to introduce a system wherein past students are automatically enrolled into this ever growing network of photographers and photo-shoots. So, life at KAPA doesn’t end the day you graduate!
